Complaint about the way we work?
We would appreciate hearing from you how we can improve our (donor) recruitment practices and/or our way of working. Please call us at +31 (0) 30-2320600. After we receive your e-mail or letter we will send you a confirmation that your complaint has been received and registered. VSO Netherlands will respond to your complaint within three weeks. More information about VSO complaint procedures.
